MELFI AND FLAG'S UP DO NOT MISS THE VICTORY IN THE ROMAN LISTED RACES

A beautiful Sunday of horse racing at Capannelle with the Natale di Roma and Circo Massimo prizes, two traditional listed races that in some way re-established already known hierarchies. In the Natale di Roma Melfi (from Kessar) confirmed his feeling with the Capannelle track, easily winning the race in the lead and repeating his victory, also over a mile, obtained last year in the Parioli Prize. In the saddle Dario Di Tocco and in training Endo Botti for the Chelsea stable. Second place went to Mordimi who beat Eternal Love.
At the Circus Maximus success once again (the third in the last four editions) for Flag's Up (by War Command) protagonist of an exciting head to head with Soligo. In the end Mario Sanna managed to get his pupil in front of his opponent, thus giving the owner Roberto Saggini the 13th victory in 40 races, with winnings of almost half a million euros. Not bad considering that he was bought at the Sga auctions for 12 thousand euros.
Also worth mentioning at the conference was the victory of Tutto Torna (from Cable Bay) in the San Giuseppe horse race. A success that projects Sebastiano Guerrieri's pupil towards the Derby on 2 June.
