EQUESTRIAN EVENTS: THE REGULATIONS AND CALENDARS ARE PUBLISHED

By the Decree of the Director General No. 78053 of 19/02/2025, the specifications and programmes of the 2025 Events for the equestrian sector were published. Both have been approved by the Director General and have been forwarded to the controlling bodies.

The MASAF programmes for the specialities of the Breeding Circuit, Complete, Dressage, Endurance, Working Horse and Show Jumping are held in accordance with the rules set out in the ‘saddle events regulations’ approved by decree number 10841 of 15 February 2018 and registered at the Court of Auditors on 3 July 2018 under number 588. Participation is reserved for horses entered in the stud books of the Eastern, Anglo-Arab and Italian saddle horse (foal registers and supplementary registers), for subjects entered in the saddle horse sport register, for PSI subjects with MASAF passport or considered Italian in accordance with Article 123 of the gallop racing regulations. With the exception of the breeding circuit for which participation is reserved for subjects entered in the foal register of the Italian Saddle Horse, Oriental Horse, Anglo-Arab, and subjects entered in the Sports Register (exclusively of the Maremmano, Salernitano and Persano breeds entered in their respective Genealogical Books or Registers) born in 2022, 2023 and 2024.
