Regional and sub-regional awards

The Ministry, with the aim of encouraging the breeding of riding foals and promoting the market, deals with the management and organization of regional and interregional prizes. Each award is divided into three distinct tests:

model: consists of a morphological examination of the horse, in order to verify its good maintenance, gait and lack of defects;
obedience test: test in which the horse and rider will have to perform ten movements or figures. The test is aimed at identifying the character, fluency and regularity of the foal's gait;
free jumping: test in which the horse is made to perform free turns inside a ring, where its ability to jump will be tested thanks to obstacles placed on the circuit.
