UET (European Trotting Union) has published the Grand Circuit rankings after the Criterium De Vitesse in Cagnes Sur Mer. Despite the error and consequent disqualification, Go On Boy retains the lead in the ranking, but the third place of Ampia Mede Sm allows the mare owned by the D'Alessandro brothers and Ciro Serafino to climb positions and thus rise to third place in the general classification behind Emeraude De Bais.

The story of the eleven-year-old winner of Cagnes Sur Mer is quite unique: she was bought some time ago by Franck Nivard in a claim race, and has won over a million Euros for him.

For its part, the team of Ampia Mede has officially announced that it has accepted an invitation to participate in the Lotteria on Sunday 4th May in what should be her farewell race before embarking on a career as a broodmare. Ciro Serafino confirmed this to Paris Turf, specifying that it will be Eric Bondo who will define the programme leading up to the big race in Agnano.

Returning to the UET ranking (after four races) it is worth noting the reappearance of Etonnant for whom the first 10 points won with second place in the Vitesse are worth seventh place in the general ranking, equal on points with the Swedish Don Fanucci Zet.

The next event in the UET Grand Circuit Elite will be the Grand Prix Côte d'Azur, scheduled for Turin on Sunday 6th April.
